Refund policy

At Fern and Fable, we take pride in crafting each piece with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included.

Please note that products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange unless there was an error in delivery or damage in transit. Combos or bundle deals are also non-returnable during limited-time offers.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at contact.fernnfable@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Date of purchase

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • A photo of the item

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will get in touch with further instructions.

3. Return Shipping Charges

Fern and Fable will cover return shipping costs only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product shipped

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Item lost during delivery

  • Incorrect variant sent by mistake

For all other return requests, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send a photo of the damage or incorrect item along with your order details.

Once verified, we will arrange pickup and send the correct replacement at no additional cost.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after:

  • We receive the returned item at our warehouse

  • A quality inspection is completed

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

6. Exceptions & Important Notes

  • Items returned after the 5-day period will not be accepted.

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in original condition are not eligible for refunds.

  • Gift cards and promotional bundles are non-returnable.

  • Fern and Fable is not responsible for damage caused during return shipping if the customer chooses their own courier.
